Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@dailykairos.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Holiday Return Policy

During the holiday season, we offer extended return windows. We want to give you some extra ease while shopping for gifts, so any purchase made between November 1 - December 25 is eligible for a refund until January 15th of the following year. The items must be in new, unused condition. Please follow the steps above if you would like to request a refund.

Return Shipping

We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend you ship using a trackable carrier.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We'll happily replace any damaged item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
