Each Daily Kairos Journal includes 13 Daily Spreads. The left-side of each Daily Spread is built to give your mind and heart a fresh start each day. Think of it like your "reset" button. These sections include your weekly memorization verse, daily gratitude, today's prayers, and your intention.
The right-side of the Daily Spread is more free-flowing and offers you space to write down how God is speaking to you through His Word and throughout your day. There's also a space to reflect after you read your Bible or at the end of the day to celebrate answered prayers and summarize what the Lord has been putting on your heart that day.

I have struggled during my journey to find a repeatable and effective way to make it friction-free to meet with God and also better document my own thoughts. Finding the Daily Kairos has made this journey much easier and it is something I really look forward to now incorporating it into my routine. I know God doesn't "need me" but this tool has made it easier for me to make this a priority in my day and also provides a solid framework to help with the process. So glad I found this!

Starting to use the Daily Kairos Prayer Journal at the same time as I began Mark Batterson’s 40-Day Prayer Challenge (supporting book here: https://a.co/d/95RAcGs) was a true blessing! I’ve found the Daily Kairos journal helps me think through my scripture readings, remember my blessings, and be more intentional about prayer. I have really enjoyed this book and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to add a bit more intentionality and discipline to their daily walk with Jesus.
