The left-side is built to give your mind and heart a fresh start each day. Think of it like your "reset" button. These sections include your weekly memorization verse, daily gratitude, today's prayers, and your intention.
The right-side is more free-flowing and offers you space to write down how God is speaking to you through His Word and in prayer throughout your day. There's also a space to reflect after you read your Bible or at the end of the day to celebrate answered prayers and summarize what the Lord has been putting on your heart.
WEEKLY REFLECTION
The Weekly Reflection section is built to help you record and discern what God is saying to you over an extended period of time.
The left-hand side of the Weekly Reflection provides space to summarize your main reflections from each day of the week. The right-side of the Weekly Reflection allows you to look back on the week as a whole and reflect on what God is speaking to you, write down any themes or important messages, and note the verse or verses you've memorized throughout the week.

This journal is structured which is helpful to keep on track. I am enjoying memorizing verses each week, writing prayers, and reflecting on what God has for me each day. I also purchased the prompted journals where I add all of my prayer request and praises.

I’ve tried different methods and practices to establish a habit of daily devotions but none have worked as well as the Daily Kairos journal. I’ve stuck to my habit for six weeks (less one day), and you can put in as much or as little time into it as you want. For me some days it’s 30 minutes, other days it’s a quick 5-10 minute reading and devotions when life gets busy. Carving out the time is the foundation and Daily Kairos helps you build that habit. The journal has helpful daily prompts that help me structure my thoughts and provides a beautiful, well-constructed book to record my thoughts in. Although there are prompts the journal is flexible and adaptable. I use the weekly reflection pages to note liturgical calendar information and lectionary reading information, for example. I recommend any Christian seeking to start a habit of daily devotions give Daily Kairos a try.

I have actually worked through two journals so far and can attest to how helpful they are in your personal prayer time with God. It helps you to get thoughts on paper, you can memorize a scripture each week, write down your thoughts on bible passages you are studying or what God is teaching you each day. My favorite part is the prayer request section where you can write your requests down and then go back and see how God is answering your prayers. Now let me get to the quality of the journal… The quality of the prayer journal is top notch. Each journal I have had has been made of quality leather binding and cover and the journal gives you plenty of pages to work with. These are great journals. I have now gotten my sons to use them and they love them. Go buy yourself one or some. You won’t be disappointed.

I wanted to wait to write this review until I had a full week of use under my belt. I can say it is all it promised to be and more. It is a structured and guided way to walk with God every single day — and I am seeing immediate results. I memorized my first verse in years, have been intentional about listening for His voice and seeing His hands in things, and have a much more grateful attitude. It’s not just a Bible study tool (although it does that), it is a roadmap to a closer walk with God. Well done!
