Each Daily Kairos Journal includes 13 Daily Spreads. The left-side of each Daily Spread is built to give your mind and heart a fresh start each day. Think of it like your "reset" button. These sections include your weekly memorization verse, daily gratitude, today's prayers, and your intention.
The right-side of the Daily Spread is more free-flowing and offers you space to write down how God is speaking to you through His Word and throughout your day. There's also a space to reflect after you read your Bible or at the end of the day to celebrate answered prayers and summarize what the Lord has been putting on your heart that day.

A Great Way to Deepen My Walk with God
This journal greatly enhances my daily habits, crystalizing and unifying my bible reading, my prayer life, and significantly enhancing my efforts (feeble prior to now) at scripture memorization. The reflection on God's presence is challenging, but very, very helpful. Overall, the Daily Kairos gives structure and urgency to my daily walk.

Guided journal
Both of us love to journal but this format keeps us focused on scripture and what God is revealing to us every day. There is a spot for listing what we are grateful for and for prayers. It’s a great tool for our daily walk of faith.
